Refunds for Credit Bundles
Refunds for credit bundles are processed back to the original payment method, whether it’s a credit card or PayPal.
Late Delivery Discount
If we miss your requested delivery time, we’ll complete the work at a discount and reduce the quoted price. For urgent deliveries we miss, we’ll edit for free. If you’re not satisfied, send the images back for revision, and we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting.
Quality Assurance and Revisions
If you’re still unsatisfied after the initial revision, we’ll arrange a detailed review with our senior team. If the fault lies with us, we’ll refund and rework the project.
Non-Activation of Refund Policy
Refunds won’t be activated if:
– The images meet your requirements.
– You terminate the project early.
– You request a refund after the first delivery.
– Clear instructions weren’t provided.
Free Trial
We offer a Free Trial of 02 images for eligible clients. However, if the work exceeds three hours, this service may not apply.
Refusal of Full Refund
We may refuse a full refund for technical issues, uncooperative images, inadequate color tones, or faded or low-resolution photographs.
